Competition:

  • 6-time Florida High School State Champion: 5-time Track & Field,  1-time Cross Country.
  • In 2005, was the first athlete in 30 years to complete the distance triple at the Florida High School Track & Field State Meet, winning the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m all within 2 hours. 
  • Scottish Under-23 5000m National Champion and 1500m Runner-up.
  • Scholarship athlete on the University of Florida XC and Track & Field Teams.
  • Member of the University of Florida 2010 SEC Championship and National Championship winning Track & Field teams.
  • Ranks top-10 all-time in University of Florida history in the 1500m, 5000m, and XC.


Personal Bests:

  • 800m - 1:51.46
  • 1500m - 3:43.72 (4:01 mile equivalent)
  • 5000m - 14:02.10
  • 8k XC: 23:58

Why offer free running plans?

The Goal: 


Running to your fullest potential should never be restricted because of money. It’s one of the most primal, basic forms of exercise and competition that requires little more than your legs and a destination. Nonetheless, there is often an overwhelming amount of information and barriers that can price people out of the fundamentals for optimal training. 


I’ve always had a passion to remove that barrier so anyone who wants to run can have easy and low cost access to the best training possible. These base running plans have been established and can be catered to your needs at zero cost to you. For me personally, it's a small way I can give back just a fraction of what running has given to me.

Free Running Plans Available:


I hope to eventually offer Customizable Running Plans for every middle and long distance race. Currently the following are offered:

We have also added Top-10 lists so you can submit your new personal bests and try top our lists. You can view the Top-10 lists and submit your times, or offer general feedback.
